If you are ever in Lititz, Pennsylvania be sure to stop at the Cafe Chocolate. As I travelled through Canada and the United States, this quickly became my favourite eatery. This little cafe features a wonderful menu of chocolate treats. While sipping on a Frozen Hot Chocolate, I enjoyed the Chili Con Chocolate - Oaxacan mole style chili, complex in flavor with 12 spices and dark chocolate; topped with organic vegan sausage and served with hot steamed rice.
After visiting several local spots recommended by the cafe owner, I returned later in the afternoon to delight in a Chocolate Velvet Pot de Creme topped with strawberry puree, organic whipped cream and fresh berries.
