What's For Supper?

Perhaps raw duck blood combined with herbs, peanuts and a few other ingredients. If you prefer not to eat it raw, so as to avoid the risks of eating raw blood, it can also be cooked. This delicacy is enjoyed with "lap" and sticky rice.

If there were grasshoppers sold in the market earlier in the day, you may decide to fry up a pan full of grasshoppers. Don't worry if they jump around in the bag before cooking, that means they are still fresh. Fried grasshoppers have the wonderful crunch of many other fried foods.

Or perhaps you will choose to make a tasty pot of bamboo soup. Bamboo shoots can also be eaten steamed.

And then at the end of the meal, if your income permits, there will be fresh fruit to enjoy.
